With over twenty years in video production, I found my passion for the healing power of story while working for a chiropractic practice in Oakland, CA. Hearing people share their stories, and the empowerment it brought them coupled with the power of video to awaken possibilities within the audience for their own healing - motivated me to deepen my understanding of storytelling.

In 2019 I joined the video production company, Story Gorge, where we worked with the American College of Lifestyle Medicine to share the stories of their doctors, and the patients whose lives they had impacted through the power of lifestyle medicine.

Now, with over a decade in sharing healing stories, I am excited to deepen my practice through StoryWell.Studio and share more stories of health, healing, and community.

In my free time I can be found playing music, spending time in nature, experimenting with block printing, or climbing with friends.
